Bryant Da Cruz is a distinguished entrepreneur and real estate professional whose career is defined by excellence, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to community. Graduating with honors from Johnson & Wales University in 1997 with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Bryant launched a dynamic career in business, serendipitously finding his calling in real estate. His exceptional talent was evident from the start, earning him the Rookie of the Year award in his first year as a REALTOR® among a firm of over 200 agents. Since 2004, Bryant has driven over $100 million in sales volume, establishing himself as a trusted leader in the industry.
As the founder of Legacy Partners Realty, Bryant is poised to elevate his business and deepen his impact in Southern Rhode Island, where he has resided since 2006. His vision is to build lasting relationships and create opportunities for growth, reflecting his passion for both his profession and the community he serves.
Born to immigrant parents from the Cape Verde Islands, Bryant’s rich cultural heritage has instilled in him resilience, adaptability, and fluency in English and Cape Verdean Creole. He proudly calls South Kingstown home, living with his two sons, Evan and Ryan, and their beloved dogs, Tallulah Lu, a 170-pound English Mastiff, and Bleu, a French Bulldog. Outside of his professional endeavors, Bryant cherishes time with his family, engaging in martial arts, fitness, boating, and exploring new experiences. Above all, he finds joy in supporting his sons as they grow into remarkable young men.
Bryant’s leadership extends far beyond real estate. A dedicated servant to his community, he has held pivotal roles, including 2023 President of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, former Vice President of the South Kingstown Town Council, and chair of the South Kingstown School Building Committee. His commitment to philanthropy is exemplified by his service on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of RI—Greater Providence from 2005 to 2013, during which he helped build 11 homes in a single year.
